Dr. Carrie Schneider, DVM is an Accredited Veterinarian (USDA Catagory 1) that can write health certificates for all species of animals domestic and live stock. She does coggins testing.

Her extensive experience began when she got her first goat at age 8. She subsequently raised many different breeds during her childhood. She raised and showed horses and pigs and also raised rabbits and chickens.

She studied small ruminants, including sheep, deer and goats at an advanced level while attending Lincoln College, New Zealand.

Dr. Schneider began her veterinary career as a large animal veterinarian before devoting herself to small animal surgery. She provided health care for 2500 sheep and 250 head of cattle while living on her family’s sheep station in New Zealand and worked as a large animal veterinary technician at a large dairy practice.

After casually practicing large animal medicine for friends and raising a family, Dr Schneider has re-entered large animal practice professionally.
